Your information
Privacy notice
This notice explains what the inquiry forms collect, why the information is used, and which service providers support delivery.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, the website may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, contact preference, property or space requirements, timing, and the message you provide. It also records the form and page used, referral and campaign information when available, submission time, browser information, and a one-way request identifier used for basic abuse prevention.
How it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your commercial real estate request, maintain a record of the inquiry, deliver an internal notice to Josh Rader, send a confirmation when you provide an email address, protect the form from misuse, and understand which pages or campaigns generated an inquiry. Form consent authorizes follow-up about the request; it is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in Supabase. Vercel hosts and runs the website, and Resend delivers inquiry notifications and confirmation emails. These providers process information only as needed to supply their services. Inquiry records are retained for follow-up, business records, security, and applicable legal obligations, and may be removed when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Sharing and choices
Inquiry information is available to Josh Rader and authorized people or providers supporting the response. It is not sold through this website. You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the contact page and identifying the inquiry and contact information involved. Certain records may need to be retained when required for security, compliance, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Before you submit
Do not include confidential documents, financial account information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in an open message field. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
